WE ARE A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY STAGED OUR EVENT WHEN HURRICANE NICOLE PASSED OVER OUR SITE IN 2022. WE WILL NOT CANCEL OUR REV WAR WEEKEND BECAUSE OF WEATHER, although, the BATTLE REENACTMENTS may be postponed by a few hours, or cancelled, because of heavy rain. You have to "keep your powder dry" today as well as in the 18th C.!. But the REV WAR WEEKEND EVENT is ABSOLUTELY RAIN OR SHINE!
We are an all outdoor, family friendly, event and are the largest annual force-on-force Rev. War Reenactment in the NATION. This year we have been named one of two NATIONAL EVENTS by the Brigade of the American Revolution, British Brigade, and The Continental Line, all three premier national Rev. War Reenactment organizations. We are thrillled to win this trifecta designation and is This means increased reenactor participation and a bigger and better event for participants and visitors alike!
You will see hundreds of Crown and Patriot reenactors, civilian reenactors, 18th C. craftsmen and merchants, and afternoon battles are at 1pm. As noted above, heavy rain may force a "rain delay" so this time may be a bit variable. Foot vendors will be on site.
ADMISSION: Ticketleap Pricing: $15 Adult (age 16 and up); $10 Military/First Responder/Seniors; $5 Youth (age 6-15); FREE (age 5 and under). On-line tickets will be available up to Friday evening to reconcile and distribute attendance lists to entry gate, so we strongly advise advance on-line ticketing.
